Join us as a Program Manager in Investor Services - Service Delivery Division The Program Manager oversees large, complex inter-disciplinary programs and projects through the project development life cycle. The individual works closely with sponsors and stakeholders to understand investment strategy, define scope and deliverables, and ensure funding and staffing are available to meet program goals. The Program Manager is responsible for oversight of Project Managers work to ensure adherence to execution standards and successful delivery of project goals and commitments. This individual is also responsible for establishing the program roadmap working with the Product Manager and Client teams, measuring program success, and resolving and/or escalating program issues appropriately. This specific role acts as the program execution liaison between BBH and a specific set of large and complex clients for all technology related interactions. This Program Manager will be responsible for providing consultation and coordination in the application of all the technology related solutions to our clients’ business. This individual will be responsible for creating deeper and more strategic relationships with target clients partnering with the Product Owner, Relationship Excellence and Client Service Teams. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects that cut across multiple applications, services/products and/or divisions.
  • Works closely with sponsors and stakeholders to understand investment strategy, set program priorities, and ensure funding and staffing are available to meet program delivery goals.
  • Facilitates trade off decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time to prioritize demand.
  • Provides overall direction and guidance to team and coordinates schedules and other program activities. Effectively manages and allocates resources to ensure deliverables are completed.
  • Presents program updates to line of business/division senior leadership teams and/or oversight committees.
  • Interacts with Division Executives up to and including SVP and sometimes MD or Partner level.
  • Provides updates, communicates effectively and negotiates with project sponsors, stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Communicates to client’s internal / external auditors on ongoing project and operation activities and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level - BA or Equivalent Relevant Professional Experience - 10+ Yrs Knowledge/Skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of project and program management principles, tools and techniques; knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Experience in people management; demonstrated Influencing and leadership skills, including negotiation and conflict management;
  • Customer-focused perspective and mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with division executives, clients, and other external stakeholders.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated planning, organization, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in risk management
  • Experience in change management; ability to learn, adapt, and apply new concepts and technologies
  • Proficiency working with project management software (e.g., CA PPM, MS Project)
  • Proficient in use of MS Office applications
